There are some counted cross stitch patterns being listed that are known to be an artist's work who has not given her permission to be used in this manner. Maybe everyone should check to see if yours or someone you know has their paintings being used too.

Oh, no after reading the cross stitch listings there are latch hook rug patterns available too from that missy. One thing I see too in the listings is that she is calling shipping a CD or paper pattern just more shipping. Aren't those a tangible item and would need to have a final value fee?

You have to pay a final value fee on everything you sell. No, I think she was having complaints because customers weren't receiving it via the net. In one instance she smartassly told a customer that gave her a NEG that they need to check their SPAM folder. I think she DOES do electronic delivery. Lynne

PROOF in this listing, which is an item stolen from an ebay artist, one of us, look at how she talks in that BIG HUGE RED WRITING. Scroll down and you will see the shipping info. Per eBay policy, you can do electronic delivery as long as you also mail a physical item, i.e. a CD. This went into effect last year (there's a thread on it somewhere). Ebay rationale behind it was that people were "selling" feedback by listing MS Word documents for 50¢ and sending them by email. Okay, the listing from the seller below complies with eBay policy. This is what I'm trying to say. You can email it, but you MUST also send the hard copy. If the cross stitch gal is offering digital delivery ONLY, then her listings are reportable, but if she is also offering a CD, then she's okay. Your link works just copy paste in to search. The way I read the listing it is for an electronic image a copy of that stolen image and the buyer must pay more for the printed copy or CD copy. #2. MUST declare in listing WHEN picture became public domain. Like when did Alberto Vargas (Varga name change) died 1980 famous pinup artist become public domain? ANY old picture must have a reference to PUBLIC DOMAIN. #3.
