Sales Reports

Does anyone know why we aren't getting monthly sales reports anymore? I have just Jan. & Feb.'s and that's it but I get weekly reports. The past year I got monthly reports all the time. Seems like they're not keeping that up for us. I like to keep track to see how I'm doing. Anyone else ever question this? JudyB

Judy, I got my March sales report but not Aprils' yet (I just checked, had not looked in a while). I noticed that sometimes they are slow in coming, then they eventually show up. I have not really seen a pattern. Chances are yours will show up soon - I hope they do! Isa

I think they are if you have a store. I get them.

No you don't have to have a store to have a sales report, but it isn't as elaborate as the sales report you get when you have a store. You can get the sales report free just by going into subscriptions and signing up. It shows how many items you sold, the average price and all the fees, ebay and paypal that were charged. It also has graphs. It's nice to have to keep track. I had the more elaborate one when I had a store but after I closed it I signed up for the basic one. That started in 2005. If you don't have one you might want to sign up. Just click on subscriptions that is on the left side of your "My Ebay" page. JudyB

Check archives for any records prior to three months ago. Somewhere there is the word archive or archived records or archives and it gives the other reports. - Cricket
