Questions

Do most people here scan their aceos or photograph them with a camera for listings? If scanned, what resolution and/or size do you use? I scanned at 300 dpi and reduced to 72 dpi, but I found that ebay reduced my picture file size in the listings. I tried replacing one 72 dpi picture with a 300 dpi one, but it didn't seem to make much difference in the space it took up on my listing or what it looked like so I put the original picture back. Is there a difference between basic picture services and enhanced picture services on ebay in terms of quality used? Should I look into hosting my pictures on a web site and linking to them instead of using ebay's picture services? Sandra

Mostly scan. I'm still learning. I always host on the web. If you don't use enhanced on ebay, they look horrible. -- ~Jillian artist, Jillian Crider SUGGESTION: Give group leaders the OPTION to show/hide avatars/signatures in their groups - and leave no gap/space so scrolling is lessened. Questions

I have issues with the quality of my images once uploaded. Most come out fine, but some either have artifacts or they look slightly out of focus. -- "He whose (desires) are few gets them; he whose (desires) are many goes astray." Lao-tze

Is that to your image host, or on ebay. If on ebay you need to select 'enhanced'. -- ~Jillian artist, Jillian Crider SUGGESTION: Give group leaders the OPTION to show/hide avatars/signatures in their groups - and leave no gap/space so scrolling is lessened. Questions

I scan on an HP PSC 1401 (cheap -- around $50) and then use "basic" to upload to eBay. Will someone PLEASE look at my cards and see if you think I should start using "enhanced"? I haven't tried it before because NEW things sometimes scare me -- just like this new groups format!!!! http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?MfcISAPICommand=GetResult&ht=1&shortcut=0&from=R41&query=ac... --
