I would like for Mods to be able to create new Discussion Boards I will check on this and see if its possible I would like for Leaders & Moderators to be able to delete New Discussion Boards they have created. We need to work on some of the technical aspects of this so it might take awhile to develop. I would like to be able to see the results of a poll without voting in the poll. One of my groups has a poll for buyers to tell sellers their preferences. I can't see the results unless I vote. I will put this on the list for the next round of enhancements I would like to have a way to hide/restrict a single Forum to only be seen/usable by designated members. This is an interesting request, do you mean you would want the forum for folks like moderators only? It would be so much nicer if one did not have to "sign in" again after they have already signed into ebay. We are working on something that should help this issue If we must have a censor filter... When it rejects a post, can we please have some indication (highlighted, underlined, etc.) what the violation is. We did loosen up the restricted word list, has it gotten any better? I would like to see a Review option when we're in editing mode in a post. I will put this on the list for future enhancements. When a Leader gets an email that a member has left the Group, it would be very nice to know how/why that member left. Were they removed by eBay, Leader/Mod, or by themselves? If you receive the removal alert, its because the member chose to remove themself from the group. At one point we looked at a check list where the member could select a reason for opting out of the group, I am not quite sure where that is in development. As a group leader or moderator, you would know that the person was removed. eBay does not remove people from groups unless there is an egregious violation of policies, such as posting spam in a large number of groups, and never through the individual group tools. I would like to edit my preferences profile so it no longer shows my old eBay ID as my name. We are working on this one. I am still not sure what happened to cause this The "My Groups Link" is a frequently used link...needs to be moved & out in the "open" on our group pages whether located in the sidebar area above "My Content" or in it's "familiar" home. One of the reasons we wrapped "my groups" into a bundle is to help prevent the disappearing groups that many members complained about. I will see if this can be made more prominent. I would like the "recent posts" removed from under my avatar, or at least have the option of CHOICE. I will see if we can accoomodate this request Also, I would like the Skype thing removed from my avatar. This is probably something we can do. I will request a change and see what can be done. how can i opt out of other forums being created? i hate this function,most of my group does,i have one member trying to teach us,but we really don't need or want it! If you mean the ability to create new discussion areas in your groups, that is entirely up to the group leader to determine. The new areas are additional tools, not something that has to be used by any group.
