Sometimes when you are leaving feedback -- for a buyer OR seller -- they ask you to take a survey -- I have done it a couple of times. I ALSO got the email survey -- answered it -- and then got worried that it was some type of scam!!! I had to email ebay TWICE before they FINALLY admitted that it was a legitimate survey conducted on their behalf by a marketing/research company. -- just Jana (I got tired of the dancing fairy!)

Am I missing something here? Anyone get the email today, or this week I guess I should say, about buyers not getting any rating but POSITIVE any longer? :O Talk about an opening for seller abuse!!! geez! -- ♥ Anni ♥

Last buyer that left star rating for me, my communication went down. I always email notices of shipping, a thank to let them know I received the payment, everything! So who knows. Glitch or buyer.:| -- ♥ Anni ♥

I think sometimes too, they dont know to look for the note from seller in the email that paypal sends for shipping labels. I always write in there. Its not like they make it easy to see either. Why the heck isnt it at the very top of the email????????? -- ♥ Anni ♥

I only bumped this thread so people could see the link to the petition on the community boards. Part of today's announcement also says that our placement in searches will now be based on the DSR ratings, and that sellers with poor DSR ratings will be penalised.
