So -- I am new to listing/ selling ACEO cards; and was curious as to how everyone is mailing them.
Padded envelopes, regular envelopes, photo mailers, rigid cd mailers ?
Protective sleeves, ziplock bags, hard shell top loaders ?
Delivery confirmation ( USPS 60 cents )?
Added protection like cardboard, mat board ?
Any info would help.
Many thanks, elaine

Lolita glad you got your top loaders. We have some great people here, and definitely try to help.

I had to start paying them online...
Karen, I do the same and it does provide some peace of mind too.

AND it saves on postage. AND it makes sure payment gets there right on time (instead of hoping that they don't cash a payment too early or get it too late).

"Once in awhile, I receive mail for someone else in the neighborhood. Sometimes for a next door neighbor, but at other times it's not even close --- different street, number and name."
Yup! Me too, and often the item has delivery confirmation on it. I've never felt that DC is worth the paper it's printed on, because they so often scan the package and put it in the wrong mailbox.
I find it infuriating that PayPal forces you to use DC and accepts it as 100% proof of delivery. They use it to determine when to release a hold on payment, and will use it to make a ruling if someone files a PayPal claim of "item not received." Only Signature Confirmation offers a guarantee that the package reached the intended recipient. DC is just an overpriced bar code that sometimes doesn't even get scanned. Ebay just wants to squeeze that extra 18¢ out of us.

Too true, sadly.
One several occasions (2 - 3 times), I have had a DC message that they were not able to deliver the package, only to find out from the customer that it was delivered. Thankfully, it was an honest customer. So I have to agree that it is not 100% reliable.
