I just had a bad e bay experience as a seller.
E baying is not something I will be doing in the future.
I sold something and they have refunded buyer , and all in less than 3 weeks . Buyer won auction. Nov.30 I mailed item on Dec. 1. they filed on Dec.19 and although I replied with the tracking # , emails. I purchased the label through pay pal. They refunded the buyer fully on Dec. 23. It was going from Canada to US . and there would be customs , it is busy time of year for post offices. Canada Post is going to look into this for me it is insured,but not enough days has passed for them to do so.They have it scanned as proof I mailed it. They said that it will be investigated.
Canada Post will act on my behalf however, it will be weeks before it is settled, and time consuming. I appealed to e bay on the 23 and got my answer today. I think that more time should have been allowed. Not many business days. Buyer was offered air which was very little more but paid for regular mail. My answer to my appeal. E bay Customer Service is final. They decide.
However, this group has been a very bright spot and I wish you all the best in the New Year. Jillian has been a great group leader.
As of Jan. I want to cancel all my e bay , pay pal etc. and groups.
Could someone tell me how to leave a group ? It probably is right in front of me , but I can't seem to find out where.
