Have you noticed?

We DID have the red & blue 'me' icon next to our name. It's missing... :( -- ~Jillian artist, Jillian Crider SUGGESTION: Give group leaders the OPTION to show/hide avatars/signatures in their groups - and leave no gap/space so scrolling is lessened. Re: Have you noticed?

Chris, I'm trying to do the best I can to get many things resolved. Once I do, I'll set up help stuff. Sorry I can't be of more help at the moment. Glad you love my avatar. I loved the one with tic tac toe on it - much more creative. *grin* Glad you popped by. Some of these things would be really good if it was less clumsy. Too much changed all at once and not all is working well. If you need any help, just ask. -- ~Jillian artist, Jillian Crider SUGGESTION: Give group leaders the OPTION to show/hide avatars/signatures in their groups - and leave no gap/space so scrolling is lessened. Re: Have you noticed?

Yes. The reporter came into groups - and was asked to 'leave'. She still did the article though. I think all her chatter is in the petition group. -- ~Jillian artist, Jillian Crider SUGGESTION: Give group leaders the OPTION to show/hide avatars/signatures in their groups - and leave no gap/space so scrolling is lessened. Re: Have you noticed?

I'm glad she got enough info to write the article :) Have you also noticed that of the thousands (hundreds of thousands?) of eBay groups members, only a small number have responded to the poll of which new platform features they like best? I'm sure that if there were a "none of the above" option, there would be an exponential jump in number of votes!!! -- -Ann "Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt (smelled) of elderberries!"

Re: Have you noticed?

That poll is hysterical . . . "What new Groups' feature are you most excited about?" That's a trick question. If you respond to ANY of the answers, it implies that you like the new format. I'm not responding to that! Kathy

Re: Have you noticed?

I hear ya Joanna - this place sucks (at least we can say that now) ;). I've been wondering, is that a grouper or snapper (or some kind of fish) eye in your avatar? I like it! Kathy - that's why there are so few votes - we're not fallin' for their sucky trick question! -- -Ann "Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt (smelled) of elderberries!"

Re: Have you noticed?

Hi everyone, I haven't been here for a while but I like to look at the listings and I LOVE the cat with the paws pressing up on the canvas. SOOOOOOOO cute. Avitar's I haven't been able to get one focused in on my paintings, I get half a head or something. -- Desiree' Sunshine on my Shoulders makes me Happy.

Re: Have you noticed?

I selected and copied a portion of one of my digital pieces for my avatar. The avatar is 115 x 115 pixels. The one that shows on the message board is 65 x 65 pixels. But if you select and copy your picture to that size, it gets fuzzier when blown up to 115 x 115. Sandra

Re: Have you noticed?

Hi Desiree' Yes, you need to resize your image, so it's square. I'm fairly sure size matters too , I made mine about 200x200 pixels, I think. -- ~Jillian artist, Jillian Crider SUGGESTION: Give group leaders the OPTION to show/hide avatars/signatures in their groups - and leave no gap/space so scrolling is lessened. Re: Have you noticed?

The "avatar" is a sample of my ACEO artwork, a detail from "Head to Tail" --probably were red mullet. I used an electric blue Daniel Smith paint to make the detail. Isn't it great?

However,I am selling off the irridescent paints, however, as I am not using them much anymore. In fact, I am auctioning off a lot of Daniel Smith and Holbein paints this week to de-stash my paint drawer, which is rather full. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZart_by_joanna

Here is the full painting:

Jillian, I Love your Aviatar LOL, Oh boy! Your going to love my signiture space too. hehehe. Thanks for the picture sizes, I'll give that a go next time. Joanna Love your fish color! Re: Have you noticed?

"Kathy - that's why there are so few votes - we're not fallin' for their sucky trick question!" Exactly. If one of the responses had been, "None of the above - the whole thing sucks," everyone would have voted in the poll. Kathy 😉
