Paid support - hours not showing

Posting here as I just don't know where else to try. 

I need help with the Sandbox call and have purchased a hour of Premium Support through PayPal. 

However the hour does not show in our dev portal when we try to open a ticket.

So I'm stuck. I can't open a ticket because the hour doesn't show. There is nowhere else to contact support. 

eBay support say they can't help and just to open a ticket in developer support. I feel like I'm going silently mad.

Yes, the transaction all went through and have a image of the PayPal transaction showing it was successful. Still not showing today. And the issue is there is no way of contacting them without the paid hours, and the issue is my paid hours aren't showing!

 

eBay CS can't help as a completely different dept apparently so I'm stuck in an endless loop

Is it possible you funded the wrong account?

 

Perhaps it is possible to ask developer_support@ebay  to look into the issue of your recently paid hours not appearing in your developer account. If your developer account name is not the same as your eBay account name used on this forum, support will need your developer account name.

Hey there!

 

I have to jump in into this topic because facing the same issue described by c_astwood.

Today I did purchase for paid premium support, the PayPal transaction went through (it was 4 hours ago), but the hours didn't updated yet in my account. 

The username of ebay developer account which I'm using is: nellyschainsaws

Is there somebody from developer_support@ebay who can help me?
