How did you manage to create a developer account? It appears as impossible for me

For over a year I'm trying to register a developer account, and whenever I try to that I receive:

Your account registration was rejected due to problems with the data provided or other irregularities.

I have no idea why I receive that, I have 100% success rate, and sell normal things on eBay

It's numerous  times I filled the form at https://developer.ebay.com/support/developer-account-support to obtain support, yet I never received any response

I've created support ticket on regular eBay side, but they just say, that it's out of their scope. I've even discussed it on twitter with ebay support. Same story.

Does this work for anyone?

I am facing issues with getting oAuth2 flow authorization. I want to build an API to sort certain data. You mention you have a 100%, success rate , may I ask how you landed on your product of choice(your product research process)? I can see it is DVD's.

@udobest I don't have developer account, and find that it's not possible to create one (it is my post about). 100% success rate, is simply about my ratings from buyers on ebay
