So I went to check my account and the screen said, the application you are using is outdated please update, so I clicked the update button and it took me to the app store and the app store told me that my device was being supported on the new application.
Ok, I know that using a first gen, iPad mini is not the hippest thing, but it works just fine, and I have never been one to need the newest stuff out there (I drive a 1970 Ford truck ok), so I proceeded to call eBay. The CS guy did not know anything about the update but would put a ticket in with my issue.
So I think eBay is being very uninclusive and should give everyone who this effects a new iPad.
