Long time eBay sellers. How do I get on the "Approved Sellers" list?

To sell a Cookbook I made and am trying to sell.

I'm also waiting for an answer on this topic. The support page about this is very unprofessional without explaining how to get approved. I can't wrap my head around the fact that such an important piece of information is missing.
