I remember when things used to get bids on eBay . Now nothing sells that I put up there unless it's so cheap I make nothing then all the fee's it just not worth bothering . Swap meet seems a better option at this point . Anyone else having same issues ?
Toilet Paper is selling really well.

It's when you meet and swap out the old wife for a new girlfriend

Good move GPG. Better to pay a bit more and be looking at them, than looking for them.

Because it's full of knock-off products. I have purchased a handful of items at 1/3 the full prices (ex: designer sunglasses) only to find out they are obviously fake. Many items should sell for less than $20 when I payed $150. Thankfully the ebay return policy allows for money-back guarantee in those instances, but it's a nightmare and so much time and energy is wasted. Ebay has proved to be a waste of energy and time. I'd rather go to an on-line retailer, wait for a sale and get better customer service.
Worst part is that I was unable to write a negative review because of the return was approved. How many negative reviews are not being posted to prevent more would-be-shoppers from buying from unfair sellers. So sadly all the good sellers are losing. Too bad Ebay didn't do a better job screening it's sellers and allowing for more reviews to be posted. Ruined it for everyone.

This morning it says they have left Frankfurt, Germany, hopefully on their second plane ride which would bring them to the US. Now, if they just get through customs here in the states in a timely manner, I should be good....

Hey hey, my parts say they were processed through a center in Cincinnati Ohio this evening. Looks like paying extra for DHL has at least gotten them to the US a lot faster. Now they only have a few hours' drive to southern Illinois where I live.

After over 15 years of selling on Ebay we have pulled off all of our auctions as of December. We tied everything and its not the ability to adapt, it is the fees and more fees. We are willing to sell some items at cost but we were actually losing money and lots of it.
We see little traffic, pay for advanced listing items, Drop the price to Zero and no reserve, FREE shipping. Sold 5 items for 1 penny. Paid shipping of $12 and gave away $500-$600 new items. Deleted the other auctions and stopped the insanity.
Ebay just isn't what it used to be FACT
We paused the auctions for 30 days and try again and same results different product. We are better off just throwing the money in the trash it is less time consuming. This used to not be the problem.
We don't know what we are going to do with all of this inventory but we know we are done with Ebay as an option.
You can't continue to pay fees for items that don't sell or get any traffic to justify listings for advertising.
The insertion fees and relisting fees make it impossible. You start out in the hole before you sell anything. If it doesn't sell you are faced with the question of relisting again and why would you expect different results with the same listing.
We were just working for Ebay.

I know nothing of your location, but I offer this as a suggestion. I am fortunate to be in a heavily populated area and have taken advantage of that fact to change how I list my items ( on my selling account ). I've opted for the "Local Pick-up Only" option at a BIN price, regardless of the size or cost of the item.
I make sure to keep my asking price attractive, with the knowledge that I will save on having to prepare and ship the item and by accepting cash payment, Paypal fees are not an issue. Also, the Buyer has a chance to inspect the item prior to paying, which eliminates any disagreements seen with a shipped item.
Unfortunately, I offer this suggestion at a time when we are supposed to be distant from one another. I hope it may help, once we get through these unsettling times.
