Feedback ineligible for removal

So a customer tries to use feedback to hold me hostage for a return. I responded to their message and told them I would accept return and they just left bad feedback and moved on. I tried to get Ebay to remove the feedback through their automated system and response was "Feedback ineligible for removal" Do what? There is no way to contact them by phone? This stinks!

Seems right; nothing wrong with the feedback (words that were stated); customer probably didn't want to hassle shipping it back and waiting for a $5 refund. In the future, double check your condition and your written description of conditions, and for $5, maybe just offer apology and full refund.. they keep the item?

Unless you have communication saying this from the user, the feedback will stand.

Leaving you a neg is there right.

To be honest it will not do you mach damage.

I would advise not to respond to the feedback.
