International seller make a mistake and didn’t charge enough for
shipping and wants me to cancel the order because they made a mistake.
Shouldn’t they have to ship?
I live in the US and always mark my items as no international shipping,
but someone from Canada was aloud to bid and won my item! How is that
possible??? And can I just cancel the order???
