Item not received..issued refund...is there some way to get my money back.

Buyer stated they did not receive item. Buyer made a big fuss about money and I refunded them the full purchase price. I did an inquiry with USPS and they show it was delivered. What can I do to get my money back? How do I handle this? Thank you!
