I am having this same problem. I lowered my prices since a sale option
was out of the picture and now I still have to wait 14 days. I shouldn't
be punished for lowering my prices during this transition. Ebay should

I am so frustrated with this terrible change. Just got off the phone
with ebay and they said even when an item is relisted it is considered
new and will have to wait for 14 days to put a sale on. I make most of
my money from sale items so now waiting...
