I sold a like new pet car seat, Pupsaver. I have a no return policy. The
buyer sent me pictures of the item she said she received and it's
damaged, full of pet hair, and not what was in my photos. There was
absolutely no dog hair on it and no damage....
The same thing happened to me. The customer said he was in the hospital
and still wanted the item. I waited 2 more weeks before contacting him
again and I never heard back. So I was in limbo all of that time. I just
sold another item and it's been 5 ...
