Call PayPal costumer service and ask them about the refund. I think it
will be enough to find out the status of your refund. The second best
option would be calling eBay costumer service and asking for the status
of your refund.
A seller can ask friends and relatives to buy items periodically then
give them their money back for exchange of those bought and then re-list
the same items after an exchange of feedbacks is done. This can be one
way…but there are other ways I’m sur...
