eBay

I tried a private window but i can not get past the captcha it just keeps looping. I tried a different browser too & cookies are enabled etc. The problem is on eBay end.

I can do everything except complete the purchase of an item. I keep getting redirected to the sign-in page captcha, but it won’t pass to the purchase submit page. I’m using buy it now to purchase a single item.My browser is up-to-date.

I just had an unauthorized charge to my account, but there is no way to contact eBay directly to resolve this, so can anybody explain how to get the charge refunded ?I just was in the process of getting a refund from a seller when this charge appeare...
