The seller does not accept returns and thus I cannot open a dispute. What can I do? The item was advertised L for Large twice and also as NEW. What I received was S for Small and obviously repackaged.

Proceeded correctly however the "return confirm" will not work on the ebay site. Just stays grey in color.

when trying to delete an item from my watch list a red letter message states that it cannot be done and to try later but this has been days. Do others have this issue? Does Ebay know about it?

Agreed. Now to somehow get the submit button to work .... otherwise I am in the ebay help loop.

This does not work because the seller will not accept returns therefore the ebay submit button does not operate.

I did not use doesn't fit. I used it was advertised wrong. The return button does not work because the seller will not accept returns. I cannot file complaint through ebay due to this.
