I made an $11 sale recently with a 10 or 15% charitable donation option.
The item was sold, paid for, shipped, and delivered. At no point did
anything show up in pending or invoiced donations.
It's so frustrating that I can't get through to an actual person to
help. I keep getting a computer "Before I can connect you to an agent,
let me see I can help you. Press 1 for...." queue litany of irrelevant
