After the item sold, the buyer asked if they could pick the item up. I'm not sure how to fix the invoice to reflect local pick up and delete shipping charge.

How do I refund a buyer? Post office never delivered the package after 3 weeks. Put through a claim to postal service. They paid through paypal and I'd like to refund them.
