How can we know who is "watching" our items?

Seems to me it would be valuable to understand who is watching our items. Does eBay offer a list of "watchers" anywhere on their site? If not, why not and when will it be offered?

Listing page will not accept any catagory I choose

Just trying to list self tapping screws for lawn equiptment and listing page will not accet any of the suggest catagories no matter which one I choose. How do I fix that?
