A seach for the part number of my item only returns competitors items, not mine??

I have several listings on Ebay with a part number shown in the item title field but when I search for the part number, only my competitor’s listings show on both the desktop and mobile search.  Obliviously EBay is somehow limiting my items in their search engine results as I am the lowest price vendor for these items.  Why would EBay do this and how do it get it corrected?  I simply expect a level playing field and don't appreciate being discriminated against and my competitors being given a selling advantage.

Just hung up with support and problem has been corrected.

I did a search by the first 4 or 5 words and everything comes up just fine in search.

Ebay guarantees that there will be NO LEVEL playing field.

Do a simple word search within this documentation for "guarantee" and you'll find that there are none.
