keep getting this message when trying to pay for item. Sorry about

problem only on my Microsoft surface book using edge .paypal works ok
for other sites with this system.problem only with ebay / paypal on this
systemseems ok on older system (xp) using firefox.both paypal options
give same problem.wondering if MS upd...
