Why are some promoted items not showing on regular search? Is it so that
buyers have to click on a sponsored link? Is there something
unscrupulous going on?
Buyer has bought several items from me and paid for it. I would like to
refund the shipping charges back to him. Since she has already paid for
everything, I am not sure how to refund the shipping she's already paid.
Help.
