I mistakenly made a second request for a shipping label and was charged

Why can't I use PayPal Credit as my preferred payment method for online
auctions. Why am I being asked to link a credit card. Up until recently
I always used PayPal Credit with no problems.

but came in a feedback reply, which is even more embarrassing because
everyone can see it. I don't see any way to report that. I'm not real
