How can sellers continue to list items, watches in particular, as
"running great," even though, when asked about the battery they reply
that a battery is needed? A watch in need of a battery is, by
definition, NOT running great!!!
Has anyone else had issues with the parent company of MVMT watches
identifying your auctions as counterfeit and had eBay take down your
listing? I've had it happen three times now and it is very frustrating.

What have you done with a product that is of poor quality but the seller
refuses to issue a refund. Specifically,
