It seems as if my sales to Central and South America have dropped off
since I was put into managed payments. At one time I seem to remember
eBay saying that they only had arrangements with certain countries. As I
remember they were mostly in Europe. ...
My store had been in the vacation mode for a week or so. I still got
some sales in spite of that. eBay is telling me that I am late shipping
a couple of items that were purchased during my closure. Help
