The people getting this message weren't necessarily about to leave a
negative review - but I bet they had previously left a negative review
that a seller disputed. So Ebay (as always) sides with the seller and
makes you out to be the bad guy by preve...
Imagine buying something faulty in the real world, then taking it back
to the shop only to be told;Sorry, you can't complain about this until
next Thursday. Go and cool off until then.
