I ordered a box of plastic bags about a week ago and, after they were
delivered I got an email from eBay asking me to submit a review of them.
So I did. Looks like reviews are still working, but only if the seller
allows them.
If this is the case, then eBay needs to change that error message!
Trying again in a few minutes would always be a waste of time. Another
thought: If the seller has blocked reviews, then that is not a good sign
about the product, is it?
As a follow-up to my message abut what I tested, I just tried Window 8.1
using FireFox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. All gave the same error
message.
I got this message on a Mac with Catalina, using both FireFox and
Safari, with pop-up blockers turned off and restarted for both. Still
