So I ended up selling a PC for $900 I already contacted paypal and ebay
and ebay told me they would send me an email to report the person and
they can do a full investigation that would take about 20 days (I'm
still waiting for said email) I have all...
He purchased it on 9/23 and I sent it on monday 9/25 both paypal and
Ebay were saying to ship the item so yea. And I was using my computer at
the time not the ebay app.
It did say "OK to ship" the day I sent it. And the guy on the phone also
said "you did exactly what you were supposed to do which was to sent the
item" since thats what they say after the payment is processed.
