All of a sudden, USPS is charging me back on insufficient postage? I
sold a writing pen in a 7x4x2" package as I normally do, weighed out at
2oz., even upped the package to 3oz. to be sure of this. They came back
and charged me 2lbs, 6oz for the pack...
