I think I already know what it means- Whether the item- in my case, a book can be dedicated/inscribed to whomever- Why include this for a third time as a detail required?

I have received fewer views since this supposed update in counting views and I have less hope than ever that anything I have listed to sell will be bought. Is anyone else having this problem?

What exactly is meant by personalization? I'm not entirely sure what Ebay wants me to fill in by answering Yes or No.
