After last update, I’m not seeing any of my best offers. I actually have to check every item to see if there’s a best offer on that item.

Notifications Not Working

I recently upgraded my phone to the iPhone 11 and I haven’t received a notification on the eBay app yet. Please look into this, I sell on eBay and this is a big problem. Also this is happening on the PayPal app as well.
