Notifications Not Working

I recently upgraded my phone to the iPhone 11 and I haven’t received a notification on the eBay app yet. Please look into this, I sell on eBay and this is a big problem. Also this is happening on the PayPal app as well.

Can you try signing out of the app, restarting your device and then sing in again.
