What do I do if I experience a technical issue on eBay?

Started yesterday 9/10/18. Cannot upload photo's when listing as I get a 'sorry Technical Problems try again later'.Problem still exists as of 7 A.M. this morning 9/11/18. So, unable to list anything as of now problem still exists.
