What do I do if I experience a technical issue on eBay?

Started yesterday 9/10/18.   Cannot upload photo's when listing as I get a 'sorry Technical Problems try again later'.

Problem still exists as of 7 A.M. this morning 9/11/18.  

So, unable to list anything as of now problem still exists.

After that, try a different browser. Photo uploader issues often seem to be browser specific when they occur (a browser update or an eBay change cause one or more browsers to have troubles at times).

I essentially never have problems with the photo uploader using Firefox (older version 31).

As there isn't a widespread uproar that I can see, it looks like it isn't a site wide issue for everyone.
