Item still in transit - but not yet recieved aka Seller didnt ship

Hi, I have purchased an item, and 7 days later the ship is still "in transit". Every-time I have messaged the seller they mention they were sick, then they couldn't afford gas to go to post office. Moral of the story- I don't think I am getting my it...
