My customer who bought from me purchased an item and then changed the
address to Puerto Rico. The shipping is more than they paid me. What can
I do as I am still new here?
Can my seller see my bids when I increase them? The reason I ask is I
have bought a lot from one seller. I usually increase the bid at the
last minute but someone always bid to just 13 cents shy of my top bid to
run it up to my final bid.
