Can someone please advise why Ebay tries to take control with my PayPal
when I attempt to "Make an Offer?" I do not want Ebay stepping in and
completing the transaction if the seller agrees to my offer. Is there

Just for your information. I have found that Keto Coffee that does not
offer expiration date in description and I have purchased...everyone of
them is passed the expiration date. Ask before you purchase
