I received an eBay bucks credit on 2/26, but never received another
Bucks certificate and it never automatically appeared on any subsequent
check-out pages. How can I redeem it? Will it expire on April 1st when
new certificates are issued? Thanks.
This happens with every type of payment, not just Paypal. I, for one, as
an excellent payer, will not be using this feature anymore as it is so
buyer prejudiced. Particularly because I can't make offers on multiple
