I was charged $82.47 for an international shipping label. I thought I was only responsible for the shipping to the international hub. Why am I being charged a month later, when international shipping was not collected from the Buyer?
I am a Seller. Is it possible to reverse a refund to a Buyer. I sent the wrong person a refund.
