Why doesn't require sellers to provide real tracking and also require sellers to respond to buyers

The overseas sellers wont respond to questions after you buy they have settings on the eday listing in messages that delete your request as soon as you hit send if they can do that what else can they do???

Eday started a return on the wrong thing
