There is absolutly no way for me to turn off the "make an offer" button. it automatically shows up when i list an item as fixed price. There is no button to opt for the "make an offer" it just shows up. When i try to revise it there is also no option...

Please help, these annoying bell alerts. Upper right hand part of the screen. SO STUPID. Tells me i've been out bid 4 seconds after i was outbid. LIKE I DON'T KNOW THAT. Please tell me there is a way to turn them off.
