SO, Im busyness seller from Croatia and I dont have any option via ebay interface to help me with my buyer's return (weird issue, buyer shipped return to god knows what address in different country etc etc) "Have us call you" doesn't work for Croatia...

I spent more than one hour trying to pay for on eitem. Tried deleting all cookies in Chrome. Unlinkin Paypal accout in ebay and than lining it agian and all variations of this. I tried also in IE and firefox. Cant pay. When I chose Paypalduring check...
