I spent more than one hour trying to pay for on eitem.

Tried deleting all cookies in Chrome. Unlinkin Paypal accout in ebay and than lining it agian and all variations of this.

I tried also in IE and firefox.

Cant pay. When I chose Paypalduring checkout, pop up opens. I og in, and than it hangs indefinitely at "checkigng your info"

WHAT TO DO?

PS: Also I tried .com and .co.uk website - same issue

This is the best I can offer...

Basic troubleshooting steps like signing out, clearing browser history and signing back in are first steps to resolve these issues.

Then contact PayPal to check your account there.

If PayPal confirms no issues with payment on the member's end, eBay's Customer Service team can look deeper into the issue. eBay Customer Service will be able to give you a definite answer when you experience these issues.

Note: Some members have reported that they have cleared these errors by deleting their saved payment info, ie Credit Card info. - http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/updating-credit-card.html

Also: If using the mobile app, make sure you are using the latest version of the app.

Ihave tried everything - deleting cookies, Chrome, IE, Firefox, Updated eBay App, Paypal is working fine with other websites (tried it), has enough balance.

SImply doesnt work, naging at "Checking your info..."

I also unlinked my credit card. Unlicked and linked agian my paypl account with eBay.

Nothing works

(I contacted eBay at facebook but no reply yet.

I dont know number of US servise and in UK is night-time now

PS: I also tried to pay with one different paypal account and its same problem. Payment with credit card works - but that option s not suitable for me. I want touse my paypal balance

I have same problem too. I didn't change anything on my Paypal account recently. I still can pay via Paypal on Ebay few days ago.
Today, I still can login Paypal, but I can't login Paypal through Ebay Checkout.
I use Microsoft Edge and Chrome, login Paypal through Ebay Checkout loading "Checking your info" for hours and not work.
I tried to delete cookies on browsers, I tried Unlink my Paypal account from my Ebay account then link my Paypal to Ebay again. I can link (login) Paypal to Ebay, but can't login Paypay through Ebay Checkout to pay for items.

Same, here this, I talk with paypal custom support and send them print screen, and told them I tried: delete cookies, login from other browsers, login from other OS, login from mobile phone ... nothing. Login windows is working partial, if you put wrong pass he detect that. Customer help from paypal told me to pay with credit card. Hope they solve soon, this problem with login have at least 10h since I tried to checkout

Absolutly the same! It is Xmas and we lose fun, but Ebay and PayPal lose money. Please help us. Your answer is (also from PayPal ) - use credit card. Please help us !!!

I talked with Paypal customer service today, and, well, its a bug known to them, and they are solvig it 🙂

When it will be solved,noone knows.

From paypal theere is no help, they just register the case and say that they are working on it. (but also say that it is good that I REPORTED THE ISSUE TO THEM SO THAT THEY know how many people and who is affected

My friend also had that before a monts or so (Im not sure weather it is fixed for him now). I read repeorts aabout same issue dating afrom all over current .

SO I really dont know when it will be fixes. I can just hope.

(And me epersonally, I need it at daily basis - also dont want to apy from rcredit card, to pay for currency conversion etc 5%, when I have paypal balance with enough $ 😮
