You don't have to do anything, since he didn't open a return through
eBay. If, however, you decide to issue a refund anyway, I wouldn't
refund more than half, since he devalued the item, which had nothing

Actually, improper Medial Mail packages are allowed to arrive as postage
due from the buyer. I received one a few months ago. I ponied up the
balance due and contacted (reamed out) the seller and was reimbursed.
Great advice. I've often used the RM A2 box to ship magazines. I keep
both sizes of the A and B boxes on hand, along with all of the other
free boxes and envelopes from USPS.
As others noted, do nothing else at this point. You've tried to reach
