Created shipping label and dropped the package off on the 26th. It has been 2 days but the tracking still says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". Should I still wait or contact them? If contacting, how do I talk to a human since I keep get...

Quick question: If my USPS package shipping is considered First Class, do I have to pay extra for their packaging? If so, would it be free if I package it myself with any boxes I may have laying around? Thanks!
